My stay at the Residence Inn in Lakeland was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for a large family, but the strong and unpleasant odor was a major downside. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff ready to assist with any need. The location was convenient, right in front of the mall and surrounded by dining options, but there were some issues with the communication about resolving a concern. The dining experience offered a variety of options for a hearty breakfast but lacked in local product choices.
